We want to you enjoy your white tee as much as we do. Though on occasion we understand that choosing the wrong size or simply not being satisfied with your purchase does happen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase. Simply follow the instructions below.
Before considering a merchandise return, please note the following:
- All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of purchase
- Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping on any exchange however; we will ship your replacement at no additional charge
- All items must be authorized via email before you ship
- Please place items back in it's original White T Supply packaging as it was received
If you don't have the original carrier packaging:
1. Contact White T Supply via email at info@whitetsupply.com or by the contact form with a return request and include the order # in the email.
2. We will then provide for you the return address to send it to plus a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) label to download, print and tape to the return package. This MUST be placed on the return package.
3. Put on the first address line the "Return Order ID" that we will also email you.
4. Bring item to be returned to the postal facility of your choice (A carrier with a tracking number is recommended). You, the customer, are responsible for the shipment until it is received by us, inspected and approved (Insuring the package is recommended).
5. Refunds will be issued and exchanged items dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
