You will initially be charged the day you subscribe followed by the shipping of your first t-shirt. Exactly 3 months later from the date of subscribing, White T Supply will charge your account and a fresh white tee will be shipped again. (For example, if your initial order was on January 1, 2016, your second delivery will be charged on April 1, 2016)
Yes and it's very easy to do as well. At any time if you'd like to cancel your subscription just log into your account and access your subscription by clicking "manage subscriptions". Click "subscriptions" then "cancel". It's that simple. You can cancel anytime after your initial order. Note* If your initial order was done on the 5th of the month you would need to cancel no later then the 4th of the next 3 month cycle to guarantee it cancel on time. We are not responsible for an order that processes if you cancel on the day of your next cycle.
There may be times where your t-shirt has endured longer then you expected. If that's the case and you'd like to skip the next quarterly cycle it can be done, and it's simple. When logged in to your account under "manage subscriptions" click "delivery schedule" then "skip". Done. Changed your mind? Click "Unskip".
Want your t-shirt a bit earlier or later then your next 3 month cycle? You can customize the shipment date to adjust your quarterly subscription at anytime. When logged into your account under "manage subscriptions" click "subscriptions", "edit", then "change next shipment date". A drop down will appear, change the date to when you'd like your next delivery and click "save". Your orders will now continue every 3 months from the new date.
To update your billing info log into you account and under "manage subscriptions" click "billing" (or if you're on the "subscriptions" page click "update payment information"). At that point you'll be able to update your credit card number or billing address. Note* Changing your billing address will not change your shipping address. You can also change your billing address by clicking "subscriptions", "edit", then "edit again under the current shipping address shown. On the next page scroll down to access your billing address, edit and click "save".
Changing the size of your t-shirt during a subscription is not an available option at this time. You will need to cancel your current subscription and subscribe again, this time with the desired size. Being that the initial price of a t-shirt, when starting a new subscription, is at regular price we would like to help you with that. If you'd like to change your size while subscribed, first contact us at email@example.com to let us know that you have a subscription and will be changing your t-shirt size. Once we see your current subscription cancelled we will sent you a one time coupon code for 25% off the initial order so that you can continue with the subscriber-only pricing and with your new size.
Yes and it really is the gift that keeps on giving. To buy a subscription as a gift, simply enter the shipping address as the address you want the t-shirt(s) shipped to and the billing address as the address of the credit card holder. Also, make sure to only enter the email address that you wish to have for access to your account and to have the invoices sent too.
